Q. Do you give free estimates?
A. At Delta Construction, we don’t believe in high-pressure sales tactics. Our professional, courteous claim specialist will visit your home to perform a Free Inspection to determine the amount of storm-related damage to your property. If there is damage, your insurance company will provide you with a detailed estimate. Delta Construction will work with your insurance company to make sure that all necessary repairs are covered and completed. There is no “fine print.”

Q. When do I have to pay you?
A. A 50% down payment is required before we can start the project.

Q. Do you have references?
A. Delta Construction has helped many homeowners with their home improvement needs. We can provide you with list of references that are closest to your location so you can evaluate our work and check out our colors and styles. We also encourage you to check us out with the Better Business Bureau and your local regulatory agencies.

Q. Are you fully licensed and insured?
A. We are registered and licensed. Delta Construction carries all appropriate liability and workman’s compensation insurance, and we obtain any performance bonds that a project may require. In addition, all of our subcontractors are properly insured.

Q. What brands of construction materials do you use?
A. Delta Construction has existing relationships with most of America’s largest manufacturers. We can buy and install virtually any product from any manufacturer. If you have a particular product in mind, please contact your Field Supervisor for more details.

Q. How quickly can you get started?
A. One of our Field Supervisors will call you back within 24 hours and schedule an appointment at your convenience to discuss your project. Our Field Supervisors are more than happy to work around your schedule, and are available to come out in the evening or on weekends, whatever is most convenient for you.

Q. Do I have to be home when the Claim Specialist stops by?
A. We want to make sure that your project goes smooth form the start. It is very important for us to make sure that we are taking into account all the details you are concerned about and we need you to be home to let us know what we can do for you to make your project go as smoothly as possible. We strongly believe that homeowners need to be involved in their projects as much as possible, and that means constant communication between you and our Claim Specialist.

Q. What type of warranty do you have?
A. Delta Construction offers a 10-year limited workmanship warranty on full roofing and siding replacements, five years on siding or roofing repairs, as well as a one-year limited workmanship warranty for, gutters and downspouts.
